Cancellations and Refunds

 

 

Joiners

If you unjoin an activity more than 48 hours before activity start time, you will receive 100% of the activity fees paid, including the additional participants you have paid for.  If you unjoin an activity within or at 48 hours but more than 24 hours before activity start time, you will receive 50% of the activity fees paid, including the additional participants you have paid for.  If you unjoin an activity within or at 24 hours before activity start time, you will not receive any refunds.

Hosts

If you cancel an activity within or at 48 hours before the activity start time, you will lose your deposit, so please plan carefully and make sure all the fields are correct when hosting a paid activity.  When you cancel an activity, a message will be sent to all the Joiners in the app stating that the activity has been cancelled.
